  • Take one-half teaspoon of Isabgol and mix it with one cup of yogurt and eat it after lunch and dinner.
  • Take one teaspoon of flaxseed and mix it in a cup of boiling water and Steep for five to 10 minutes and then drink it before going to bed. It keeps your stomach clean and free from gas.
  • Take one-half teaspoon of freshly grated ginger and add it to a cup of hot water and steep it for 10 minutes finally strain out the ginger, add some honey and then drink the tea. It gives you relief from pains and cramps
